Feng Jiang, male, Han nationality in Kangding Country, Sichuan province, LLM economic law of xi ' an jiao tong university. (Then this name was changed into the legal professional committee of fair trade), lawyer Feng Jiang serves as the director of it, this organization is the earliest established professional committee of competition law among the lawyer association all over the world at that time, this pioneering work is ahead of the world. For 8 years, this committee has developed into one of the most unique one of professional committee, which became a “business card” of Shenzhen lawyers in high-end business area.

2, cultivating professional law firm and lawyer team

Under the management of lawyer Feng Jiang, Guangdong bai li fu law firm went by 10 years development, it not only bore the specific work of “legal professional committee of anti-trust and anti-unfair competition law of Shenzhen lawyer association”, but also cultivated a professional lawyer team to do the work of anti-trust and anti-unfair competition, they will take the law business of anti-trust and anti-unfair competition as one of their main business.

August 22, 2007, lawyer Feng Jiang published a written proposal of establishing lawyers’ alliance of Chinese competition law in the 7^th Chinese lawyer forum, through Shenzhen lawyer association. August 31, 2007, lawyer Feng Jiang published this written proposal in the website of www.ant-lawyer.com again, and suggested that kept the opportunity keenly and took action early to establish Chinese competition law firm jointly before the implementation of Anti-trust Law of P.R.C. At present, the number of Chinese anti-trust lawyer team is small, the market share is small, and the influence is limited. Lawyer Feng Jiang called on Chinese anti-trust lawyers set up confidence, would not fall behind, and provided for a rainy day to establish and foster its own anti-trust lawyer team, and worked energetically to surpass international advanced level, occupy the market of Chinese anti-trust law business steadily, and show the elegant appearance of Chinese anti-trust lawyers.

In 8 years, the professional committee of Shenzhen lawyer association’s anti-trust and anti-unfair competition law under the charge of lawyer Feng Jiang had the honor to invite many well known experts who came from anti-trust bureau of ministry of commerce, the third people’s civil court of the supreme people’s court, the legal institute of Chinese academy of social sciences and American anti-trust law firm to hold lectures in Shenzhen, this committee also host large lectures of anti-trust and anti-unfair competition law, lawyer Feng Jiang host and participated in more than 40 times of various of business training symposium, the number of participants was more than 3000. Lawyer Feng Jiang kept regular academic communication and information communication with law enforcement agency of anti-trust and anti-unfair competition law, experts, professors, and lawyers.
